At least 43 people, including 12 children, were injured after a suspected Russian Iskandar missile hit the town of Pervomaiskyi in Ukraine’s northeastern Kharkiv region. Moscow has denied deliberately targeting civilians but its missiles and drones have repeatedly struck cities across Ukraine.
